The Tanya Foundation was formed in 2020 in the midst of the COVID crisis to provide aid and support during these challenging times.

What started as a grassroots initiative of a small group of young professionals in NYC, has quickly developed into a ever-growing network of educational and social programs around the world.

Following Oct. 7 2023, the devastating situation in Israel and the rise of antisemitism around the world, The Tanya Foundation launched the IMPACT project to boost Jewish identity and ensure Jewish continuity, particularly in communities going through challenging times.

These efforts are overseen by a group of dedicated professionals and activists under the rabbinical guidance of Rabbi Menachem M Shuchat.
